Policies

By scheduling an appointment with P31 Aesthetics, you agree to the policies below.

Appointments
  • All services are by appointment only.
  • New clients: please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete intake and settle in.
Deposits
  • Some services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your time.
  • Deposits are applied to your service total. Missed/late-cancelled appointments may forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations (< 24 hours) may incur a fee or loss of deposit.
No-Shows
  • Missed appointments are considered no-shows.
  • No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service (or the deposit amount).
  • Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
  • Arrivals over 10 minutes late may receive an abbreviated service.
  • Arrivals of 15+ minutes may need to be rescheduled and could be treated as a no-show.
Health & Safety
  • Please inform us of changes in health, medications, sensitivities, or recent procedures.
  • Some treatments aren’t suitable with active infections, open wounds, or recent injectables/peels.
Minors
  • Clients under 18 require a parent/guardian consent form.
  • Service availability may be limited by age.
Spray Tan Prep & Aftercare
  • Exfoliate & shave 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Arrive with clean, product-free skin (no lotion, deodorant, or makeup).
  • Wear loose, dark clothing afterward; avoid water/sweat until your advised rinse time.
